Welcome to Sylver-Fox Coaching!
By accessing or using this website and coaching services, you agree to the

1. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a professional partnership designed to help clients achieve personal
and/or professional goals. Coaching is not therapy, mental health care,
counseling or medical treatment.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to be honest, open, and committed to the coaching process.
Clients are responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental,
and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results.
3. Booking and Payment
Consultations must be booked through the scheduling system provided on this
website. Fees for paid sessions or packages as agreed will be clearly stated and
must be paid according to the terms outlined at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an
appointment. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited session at the coach’s
discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching sessions or made available on this
website, including content, worksheets, frameworks, and downloads, are the
exclusive property of Sylver-Fox Coaching. Unauthorized reproduction or
distribution is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sylver-Fox Coaching will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of
this website or coaching services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless
the coach for any claims arising out of their participation in coaching.
7. Changes to Terms
Sylver-Fox Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and
Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised
effective date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario
and applicable Canadian laws.

The coaching services provided through this website (operating as “Sylver-Fox Coaching”) are designed to support personal, professional, and career development. Coaching is a collaborative process that is future-focused and growth-oriented. It is not therapy, counselling, mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional advice from qualified legal, financial, medical, or mental health professionals.

No Guarantees.

Confidentiality
All coaching conversations and information shared by clients will be treated as private and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (for example, if there is an imminent risk of serious harm to the client or others, or in cases of court-ordered disclosure).
Client Responsibility
Clients acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their own choices, actions, and well-being throughout the coaching process. Clients understand that coaching is a voluntar relationship and may be discontinued at any time by either party.
Intellectual Property
All content, including written materials, worksheets, frameworks, and resources provided on this website or during coaching sessions, is the intellectual property of Sylver-Fox Coaching. Content may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.
Governing Law
This website and any disputes related to the coaching services offered shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
